Itinerary
DAY 1: CUSCO – CUYUNI - TINKI – UPISPAMPA CAMPING

After lunch, the four hour walk to Upis this day will be short but interesting because on the way we will see local people with their typical costumes, their daily life and beautiful landscapes. In Upis in the afternoon we will visit the hot springs to relax our muscles and enjoy the place with a beautiful panoramic view of the Ausangate mountain 6,372m. And others from the Vilcanota mountain range. Finally to finish this day we will spend the first night after a dinner. We will observe the milky way inka astronomy.
DAY 02: UPIS – ARAPA PASS 4850 msn - PUCA CCOCHA CAMPING
After breakfast 6:30 am. (Approximately) we will start the walk of an hour and a half to the Arapa Pass (4,850m) from here we will begin to descend for three hours passing through the Yanacocha and Pumacocha lagoons, where we will have lunch and rest and then continue towards the Abra de Ausangate (4,900m.) Seeing groups of alpacas, llamas and local people along the way. From this place you have an impressive panoramic view of the Ausangate lagoon. After enjoying and feeling the energy of the mountains, the lagoons and nature, we will begin to descend to the Laguna Ausangate Cocha where we will spend the second night after dinner.
DAY 03: PUCA CCOCHA - AUSANGATE CCOCHA – CAMPING (YAWAR COCCHA)
After breakfast 6:30 am. (Approximately) we will begin the ascent of two and a half hours to the Palomani pass (5,121m.), the highest and most difficult of the entire trip. From this place we will appreciate the highest mountain in Cusco, the Apu Ausangate And a large part of the Vilcanota mountain range will undoubtedly be an incredible experience to be there and feel the energy, the spirit of the mountains and Mother Nature (Pachamama) making this day beautiful panoramic views of lagoons, valleys and the Andes of Cusco to finally descend two hours to the community of Huchoy Phinaya to have lunch and rest and then continue for three hours to Jampa Pampa where we will spend the third night after dinner.
DAY 4: AUSANGATE COCHA - PALOMANI PASS 5200 mns – HUCHUI PHYNAYA CAMPING
After breakfast 6:30 am. (Approximately) this day the walk will be five to three hours along the way, with a bit of luck seeing wild animals such as: vicuñas, vizcachas and different birds of the Andes, lagoons of different colors and the mountains of Tres Picos and Punta Puca. We will also cross the Jampa Ccasa pass of 5,084m, it will be the last pass of our trip. We will descend to the Azul Cocha lagoon for lunch and after resting we will continue to the town of Pacchanta, where we will spend the last night after a pleasant dinner.
DAY 5: HUCHUI PYNAYA - JAMPA - PACCHANTA - TINKI - CUSCO
After breakfast 6:30 am. (Approximately) we will start the four-hour walk to the town of Tinki. This will be an easy, beautiful and interesting day because we will see in the tour more presence of people and small towns with their local costumes, customs so we can learn more about the culture of this wonderful region to finally reach the town of Tinki where after having lunch we will return to the city of CUSCO.
